Epson Artisan 800
The Epson Artisan 800 was sold as the best printer since the handheld calculator - print quality, picture quality, wireless capability, flatbed scanner..... Sounds too good to be true? Well it is.
Reality rears its ugly head: the printer ROARS through ink - and I'm talking ridiculous amounts of ink. The picture quality is fair, but only if you use Epson papers. Kodak papers print out a grainy browish mess.
Epson is unapologetic. They have replaced my printer twice now (with refurbished units.......yes, I'm on number 3 now), and still claim I'm doing something wrong. They instructed...
