Good for any Job!

This printer is pretty special. In essence it is an inkjet printer ( yeah kinda sucks ) that can do any task you through at it. I run a production company and it is the only printer series that I have found that can actually printer labels directly onto a disc. It does this exact function in a very fluid and easy to understand way. With some practice you can really increase the rate at which this thing spits out discs. Furthermore its ppm rating for regular printing is very impressive, keeping its pace with most laser printers that I have worked with. My favorite features ( aside from the mission critical disc printer ) has to be the loading tray on top. This tray lets me load it up and simply let my printer scan/copy/fax all the documents that I have loaded. ( This piece is very delicate, so take care not to put heavy objects on it) Overall I love this printer. A good printer made by a good company ( I wish it wasn't ink though).

Great CD printing, overall good product

Was with HP for the longest time but switched to Epson last year. So far so good. Inks are cheaper, print quality is great, and the CD printing is dynamite. Some connectivity issues but I can live with it. Performance Bought printer mainly because it has a CD printing tray, which I use for gifts. It seemed the best quality printer with the CD feature. Haven't been disappointed yet. Love the 2-sided printing. Ink/Paper Use So much cheaper ink than HP and print quality is great. Pictures are almost as good as printing them at Costco. Ease of Use No problem with wireless printing from the iMac but the PC never got it working. Not a big deal since not much printing done from the PC - just have to take the extra step of sending item to iMac and printing. I'm sure we could figure it out if we put some time into it but not bothered enough to do it. Durability So far so good. It doesn't move from where it's at which I find to be a good situation for any big electronics. Design Not too bulky, which is amazing considering all the features it has.

Good printer but setup and connecting sucks.

This is a nice looking printer that comes with a lot of promise. The photo printing is great. The colors really pop and it prints photos quickly. The setup is supposed to be quick and painless but in reality trying to setup on a wired network, even after 2 calls to their very efficient tech support, we still can't print across the network. Performance Good pictures and copies. Quick printing. Copy Quality Good quick copies Ink/Paper Use Does not waste too much ink and the ink monitor is very handy. Ease of Use The setup looks like it would be really easy but it is very difficult to get it to work correctly. Calls to tech support are very helpful and quick but it just won't print over the network. Durability Makes a lot of noise turning on and off and clacking but still running good. Paper tray is awkward to put in and out. Design Very sleek and nice.
