i wrote a negative review of dell as it was a complete nightmare dealing with them and i didn't want to see others get ripped off. immediately my review was marked as not helpful. i looked through all the reviews and found it disproportionate that the positive ones were marked helpful and negative not. thus the negative were pushed out of view. i thought about the way epinions.com is set up and it's a system set up to allow for abuse. i noticed the positive reviews read more like dell advertisements. on unbiased sites you see way more negative reviews on dell (hell) than you will at epinions.com i believe you're getting dell's (hell's) opinion of itself. i have no interest in going to a site filled with ads posted by companies supposedly being reviewed. it's deceptive and immoral. it's trashing the web and should be stopped. i expect to see unbiased reviews, not a sham.

It's sad that grown adults on Epinions act like high schoolers and many of them need their wings clipped in order to figure out they're not the boss of your thoughts. Eventually it will take contacting Ebay to let them know either they need to put an end to this nonsense or shut the site down entirely to stop ******* that run rampant on Epinions trashing people's reviews and to be more respectful of others.

I hope to see you post your Dell reviews here instead! We respect all different opinions. As an ex-epinions member, I don't believe it's necessarily people that are working FOR the companies, I just think people rate very unfairly. It definitely is full of abuse. Enjoy Viewpoints!!
