Enzo Bridal - manalapan, NJ Review

First of all, Let me just say.. all the reviews that are positive about this "shop" either just ordered thier dress and dont know the hell they are about to pay for it... OR are close family and friends of the awful, horrible people that work there.  The dress selection is great... it is the possiblity that you might never get that dress that you love and ordered that is the issue.  You have enough to worry about planning your wedding!!!! You dont need thoughtless, mean, unethical people not doing what you pay them to do!  and then could care less when you are upset about it.   I really wish my best friend would of looked at these reviews before she went there. These reviews are NOT over reacting. Horrible, horrible service. Could care less about the customer. Once they get your money they dont give you another second thought. It is 3 wks before the wedding and the bridesmaids dresses are lost and NOBODY seems to care. They keep giving us a nonchalant attitude! They were supposed to be in weeks ago, nobody cares to call to find out anything. They keep saying .."oh next week" ... "next week". They dont call you about anything... even when the brides dress was in!! she had to call and find out it was just sitting there for 2 weeks and no one called her!! they didnt call the bride back to give her new information on where the bridesmaids dresses "supposedly" are! I had to call and they act like ... "well ...ugh.. why are you so upset??" are you people kidding me!!??! Never ever again. AWFUL!! AWFUL!! AWFUL!! Run in any other direction but in the direction of this store!! SERIOUSLY!!  Not looking forward to the next few weeks dealing w/ this store.. I have a feeling it is only going to get worse!!

Soon enough this place will be out of business because of being sued.  Cant wait.
