Pros

    better than most of this genre, Feathered articles are well written

 I unexpectedly started receiving Entertainment Weekly through a free trial.  At first, I didn't really enjoy it, but it has grown me and I chose to subscribe.  I find it is a great guide for the best of the best of TV, movies, books, music, etc.  It is also refreshing that it doesn't focus on celeb gossip.  I can admit that I enjoy the gossip from time to time, but seriously, who cares about all the celebs in rehab or the downward spiral that is brittney spears? The cover storys are always what is current in the entertainment industry and cover the issue quite acurately.  The articles are interesting for the most part and worth a read.
