Enterprise Rent-A-Car Review

I live in a very small town between Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR.  I had an accident and needed a rental car.  I called Enterprise Car Rental in Little Rock, AR and it just so happened that one of their employees was on his way to Memphis, so he dropped of the car for me the very next day.  The car was not delivered at the time specified, therefore, I was about 2 hours late for my appointment. Other than this one time that they were late, I stilled used Enterprise because of their excellent service.  Thanks Enterprise!
