Enterprise Rent-A-Car Review

I rented this car from the Enterprise Rent-a-Car back in April of 2003 to go from Salem, Oregon to Seattle Washington to pick up my then fiancee from the airport and return to Salem.

My old car wouldn't make it that far and back. I also didn't have a credit card.  I did have to pay a deposit but it wasn't bad at all. I got a regular compact car for a good price. I got me there with no problems and i was able to return it in great condition and there we no overage charges on miles and all of my deposit was returned with a smile.  The only problem I had with the car was the radio. But that was inconsequensial really!

Overall I give them the highest rating that can be given to a company.  The fact that they did not require a credit card and the fact that the deposit was not high/returned promptly and fully was the biggest deciding factor in this review.  I do not know if they still hold that policy anymore as I moved to Reno, NV days after I used their services. So hopefully they are still giving the same excellent service that they were giving then!
