Enterprise Rent-A-Car —
For nearly a decade I have lived in a small town that has 2 car rental companies (both nation-wide chains). I occasionally travel, and often choose to rent a car to do so either to get a larger car or to get features that my car does not have. In the early days, I took my business to the other company because my bank had a discount. Then I rented one from Enterprise because my company had a contract with them - WHAT a DIFFERENCE! The people at Enterprise are professional, friendly, committed to satisfy the customer, and even remember their conversation with you!. The cars are in good condition, and they will attempt to have the model you request available - though they cannot always manage that in a small town. I have actually become friends with the staff of Enterprise over the years, and will continue to give them my patronage and recommendation.
