Enterprise Rent-A-Car Review

I had a very bad experience at the Framingham, Massachusetts Enterprise at 298 Worcester Road. My experience at the location at 1701 West Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach, Florida was so outstanding I have to rave.

My mom had a fender bender so her car was in the shop. When I arrived in Florida I called Enterprise. She had already contacted them because it went through her insurance company. When I called they said they’d have Wayne are our condo within 20 minutes. Five minutes because Wayne arrived he called to let us know he was close by – and right on time.

He brought us in a clean and comfortable van to the Enterprise office. This staff in this office was friendly and accommodating. On the other side is an area where they sell cars. This area is beautiful. While we were waiting for the car to be washed we sat in this area- really nice.

Every guy (They were all males.) we talked with or who helped us was nice and truly helpful. One of the guys apologized that he only had two cars from which to choose but that was fine. The one we rented was very nice; new and in perfect condition.

When we were told that her car was ready we drove the rental back. We hadn’t been able to reach the auto body mechanic to double check it was ready. When we arrived at Enterprise one of the guys got through and was told my mom’s car wouldn’t be ready until the next day! We weren’t even angry because we were immediately told we could have the car until hers was ready and there were wonderful cookies for the taking. When my mom asked where they came from we were told that they got frozen dough and had an oven in the back. These were home made!

Finally her car was ready. We brought the rental back to Enterprise. Checking it out was quick and easy. Another gentleman drove us to the auto body shop and our business was finished. This was a smooth, easy and 5 star transaction.
