I've used Enterprise Rent-A Car in Naples, FL and in New Orleans, LA, and have been happy with their service in both locations. Coupons and good deals are readily available. I got a free upgrade when the compact I reserved was unavailable. They're service-oriented, and want the customer to be satisfied. Be sure to fill up the gas tank on your own instead of prepaying for them to do it.
