Ensure Creamy Milk Chocolate Shake —
Both my husband and my youngest daughter drink Ensure. I found that instead of fighting with my daughter to get her to eat, ensure does the trick. I'm not a big fan of the drink, but by them both having sensitive stomachs this was the best choice for a supplement. I don't have to fight with anyone eating breakfast anymore. Neither one is on a diet they drink the product as a filler because of their busy life-styles.
