Ensure Creamy Milk Chocolate Shake — 

I was working 12 hour night shifts and was losing weight like crazy. I finally went to the doctor because I was feeling weak all the time. He told me to drink Ensure everyday for a couple months. He said to try the Boost because it was cheaper and was the same thing. that's what I got It was good to me and I started picking my weight back up.
