Even though it's a bit of luxury, Ensure Creamy Milk Chocolate Shake definitely helps give that boost in the morning. Knowing how teenagers can be stubborn about everything, this is one thing he doesn't mind consuming at all. It's something that we know will be beneficial for him and definitely supplements him with nutritional value.
