This shampoo is luxurious, sulfate free, smells delicious, and is great as a body wash too! Sulfates can damage your hair structure, they can slowly remove the hair color in your hair (if you color your hair), they increase the pH of your hair (not good) and remove your natural shine and manageability. The shampoo is very creamy and rich, which equates to less suds, but remember suds do not equal clean. And remember, the lower the pH of a shampoo the less damaging. Effectiveness Every time I use this shampoo my hair always feels better, styles better, is softer, shinier, and more manageable. I do not usually wash my hair daily, I usually wash it every other day, and this shampoo allows me to still have manageable hair even the next day. Scent The scent is clean and refreshing! Like fresh spring morning. Personally, I don't like strong shampoo smells and this one has a great scent but isn't overpowering at the same time.
