Englander Queen Size Mattress —

Okay heres the deal. I bought a queen sized Englander mattress on a recommendation from a friend, who has had hers for many years and still loves it. Mine is a piece of garbage, it sags so badly that I rolled into the middle of the bed.

So of course I complained to the store I purchased it from two days after I purchsed it. Guess what they refused to take it back. They pointed to a sign that said no returns to the store, mattresses must be return to the manufacture. Oh Great, now I not only have to pack this beast to ship it to Englander but I have to pay for the shipping out of my own pocket. Then I find out from the manufacture that they will only tear the matttress apart to fit the problem ONLY if they feel there is a problem. Otherwise I am out of luck!

So I givethis mattress and the manufacture a BIG THUMBS DOWN!!! I have put 4 inches of hard styrofoam between the mattress and box springs which corrected the sag. Think about it... 4 inches of hard foam to correct the problem. This mattress is junk! I am saving up to replace it as soon as I can.

Again and again, these people forgot that the foundations that they put their mattresses on are the most important part of setting up a bed. Old spring foundation are often the culprits. Put that mattress on a flat floor and see if the mattress perform the same as the foundation !

i agree about englander mattresses bought a king size 1500.00 it sags so bad can't even sleep on it its not that i weigh to much 117lbs contacted englander was told should not have been switched from another peice of garbage i bought thats the stores problem they told me if i transport it to a store that sells englander that they will take it back and fix it how restuff it will not change sagging problem will just do it again. big thumbs down to englander and to the sleepdoctor store.

Thought I was purchasing a SERTA but Purchased a Englander Princess Queen Size bed..... slept great the first few nights within a week it was sagging in the middle.... worse than the mattress I replaced it with........ Second month it was unbearable..I was told I was purchasing a SERTA PRODUCT but when I went to check out the tags a month later..
low and behold it was an Englander........ Princess..
