Enfamil Next Step Lipil was what I chose to use primarily after our son came off of regular baby formula and while he wasn't quite old enough to start drinking whole milk. It is recommended for babies 9-24 months old (I think). We bought ours at Target whenever it was on sale, and Enfamil sends you checks in the mail if you register on their website to help offset the cost of the formula (I think it typically runs around twenty dollars or so). The checks that Enfamil sends you range in amount from $1.00 up to $7.00 as I recall. I would try to get as many as I could together, and you can...
read full review »Enfamil Next Step Lipil is awesome and I wish it was around when my other kids were babies. My youngest son is now 21 months. Since he was very little, he has always had problems with gas, constipation and fussiness. I asumed that as he got older, these problems would go away. I also couldn't wait to get him off formula and eating regular food. Well, it turns out that he is a good eater and practically eats anything BUT he still remained constipated and it got worse when I gave him regular milk. I figured that perhaps I need to try skim milk, then I tried 2% milk. Even after all this,...
read full review »I had read and talked a lot to other moms during my pregnancy, all wondering which formula would suit my baby the best when the time actually came. During my baby shower, I got two other brands of baby formula besides Enfamil.
I tried the other 2 brands first but they did not agree, finally I tried Enfamil, it was like a magic door had opened up. I was ecstatic and started reading about Enfamil. The benefits were huge. It has LIPIL (DHA and ARA) which aids in the eye and brain development. The nutrition provided was very similar to regular milk, calcium, iron and vitamins like C, D and E.
My baby...
read full review »I've used Enfamil powdered formula products for all 3 of our children. It was recommended to me and I have recommended it to others. Worth every penny! It is a good quality product that we have been pleased with and has been around for some time now. All of our children enjoyed it and we thankfully had no problems what so ever with this product. I tend to purchase mine at Walmart or Target stores. We have kept our youngest child on it the longest because he's been a little on the small side for his age. We feel it provides him with the vitamins and nutrients necessary due to his picking eating...
read full review »Enfmail Next step lipil is for babies who are between 9months to 24months.
It really helps them to grow fast.
Babies will get the required amount of vitamins/nutrients from enfamil next step.
They also have Enfagrow which is for kids above 2yreas old.
Enfamil next step is easy to make.just mix it in water.you can even do it when you are feeling sleepy.Me being a busy mom it makes my work easier.
It might be quite expensive but it is gives good source of vitamins/minerals for the baby. Also it helps for brain development.
As mentioned by another poster -- Enfamil Next Step is very foamy. I would certainly not recommend it. My daughter nursed until just recently (age 10.5 months) so I only used formula when we traveled or when it was otherwise inconvenient to breastfeed. I received a sample of the Enfamil Next Step and figured it was worth trying. It is terrible -- can't imagine that anything with this type of foam could be healthy!
I stopped breastfeeding my little one when she was 7 months old. then we tried many brands of formula. we got some samples of enfamil, similac, partents choice, good start. we tried them all. finally we chose similac. i dont like enfamil at all. it is expensive. but the worst part is that it is too foamy. i shake simliac too when i make a bottle. but it wont be foamy as enfamil.
Although I breast fed both children, I had to supplement and I have been more than pleased with Enfamil. I use the Next Step Lipil with my 10 month old son and he is doing well with it. I still feel breast is best, but when forced to use formula, I think Enfamil comes in a close second.
I have three children that Ihave given or am giving Enfamil Lipil on. My children are healthy and strong. They all show signs of being smarter than other babies and I thing its the milk. I have also used both ready to feed and powder milk. Both worked great when needed.
My twins were born 7 weeks premature and I wanted to keep them on something that would help provide them with the extra iron and nutrients that they would not get with milk. They love this formula!
