This formula was recommend by my son's doctor.  It has all the nurtients and vitiamins my baby needed to grow and develop.  It was very easy to get coupons for: just go to Emfamil's website and join.  I got a welcome home package of 4 cans of powder and received frequent coupons in the mail.  I used the powder because it was easier on my baby's stomach and he spit up less.
