I have used both Enfamil and Similac powder formulas for both my babies. Of course everyone will tell you breastfeeding is best, and I did as much as I could but still needed to supplement with formula. I preferred Enfamil Lipil with Iron to the Similac formulas because the powder was easier to measure and not as clumpy as the Similac stuff.
Formula is expensive, so I appreciate that Enfamil sends you free samples in the mail and also provides free stuff at the doctor's office and/or hospital. Also, when you're on the mailing list, you get formula checks that are good for $5 off every can of formula you buy. I got at least ten checks with each of my kids.
I tried the soy kinds and the stuff for babies with gas but they obviously have a much different taste because my babies would not drink them at all! Try to get free samples of new kinds before you buy a bunch of it.
NOTE: the reviewer indicated that they received a sample of Enfamil Lipil Formula with Iron
