Jim Stoppan, and author of tons of articles pertaining to health and weight lifting, has finally published his own book.

This book is jam packed with routines, exercises, and advice. Very detailed explanation of the routines or you can just be lazy and follow the clearly listed routine.

I have followed three different splits and have been very happy with the results. I still havent gotten into the book's details but there is so much info in there it is amazing.

He has splits and routines that will take you from week one to week 52! great stuff!

He does concentrate a little on bulking, esp the chest area b/c he normally writes for men but I am sure the audience is mostly men so I cant really blame him.
