We got this microwave as a gift 6 years ago and it is still going strong. It works well and heats pretty decent. It has a lot of different options for cooking and reheating....most of which I don't end up using because I find it confusing to use. That is one thing I would change- make the various setting more user friendly. My only other complaint is that the vinyl key pad started to break about 3 yrs. after we got it. It still works but looks nasty. Over all though. a great little microwave for an inexpensive model!
