Emerson - 36" LCD TV Review

About three years ago my husband and I bought a sony plasma TV.  It was a top of the line flat screen HD TV.  We had never owned such a nice television before and thought that this one would be a long term investment.  We were very disappointed when after only one year of use this very expensive TV lost all of the red in its screen.  We called a few television repair places and they all said that plasma TVs were not repairable.  So we had to go buy a new TV.  We chose to get an LCD television this time. 
We also did not want to spend as much money as we did on the last TV so we ended up purchasing a 36 inch Emerson LCD HD TV.  I was a little nervous that we were buying a brand that was not all that well known, but this television has been great.  We have owned this TV for two years now and I can't believe how much I love it.  It has given us no issues and the picture is amazing.  I would say that the picture on this TV is even more impressive than the sony that we had and it was a much better deal.
