I use my microwave all the time, multiple times a day so when I burnt through my first microwave I wanted to get one that matched my decor but also was heavy-duty and would endure all that I put my microwaves through, and a great price wouldn't hurt either. I found it all in the Emerson. I had a slight adjustment getting used to a 900 watt microwave versus the 1100 watt that I had owned previously but the Emerson has been great. I use my microwaves to heat, boil, cook and bake just about everything. I cook all my meatloaves and meatballs in the microwave and I've even baked breads and cakes in there. The Emerson has held up! It cleans very easy and is very easy to use. It doesn't take up much room on the counter but is spacious enough inside that I've never had a problem getting a dish to fit. The sleek and modern design of this microwave makes it look like it is a much pricier microwave than it actually is.

This Emerson 900W microwave is your basic, medium size microwave. We purchased it because it would fit on our counter-top without looking like a monster. The price is good, though you could find cheaper, but the color is what sold us on it. As far as longevity, I'm not sure how high the quality is. We are on our second microwave now (though the exact same one). Something in the door switch went out about 1.5 years after use. It would turn on when you opened the door, and off when you shut it. I don't believe this was a manufacturer error, but more of where we had placed it and how rough we were when we opened and shut the door. This microwave is also one of the sturdier (not tippy) ones I looked at. It's not high powered as some, but for everyday use, it's satisfactory. The inside is easy to clean, and easy to fit the rotating tray back in when done. The outside keypad does wear with time and "peel off" since it's "stickers." For a good sized, family friendly & budget friendly microwave, it's fine.

I bought this microwave because the one I had broke.  I can't cook, therefore I can't live without a microwave... so I ran out and picked up this model because it was very inexpensive and I loved the color!  When I got it home and started using it, I was very pleasantly surprised at what a great microwave it is!  It cooks quickly and has a lot of great features and options.  The popcorn button cooks a perfect bag every time.  It also looks very stylish.  When someone comes to my home for the first time, they always comment on how nice my microwave is.  The only issue I have with it is that I can never remember how to set the clock.  This is due to my stupidity, though, because everytime my husband shows me how to set the clock I realize that it is really easy... and then I forget how to do it again, LOL!  Overall, I would definitely recommend this microwave because the value for the money is tremendous - and it looks good too!
