Emerilware Jelly Roll Pan —
Emeril came up with a real winner with this pan! The pan is etched, which allows air underneath for even baking, but the best part is the easy release! This is the only type of cookie sheet where I don't have to use a silicone pan liner. Perfect for rolls, biscuits, sheet cakes and of course, cookies! With the holidays upon us, if you haven't added this pan to your pantry don't delay another moment! I have two and woud love another as a gift! Any bakers on your list? Get them one or two of these and they'll love you for it.
