After a day of the usual running around I realized I didn't have anything planned out for dinner and I really don't feel like going out tonight.

On my way home I stopped in the grocery store to find something to cook.  I'm getting bored with grilling so I figured something quick, but good.  Italian sounds good; maybe baked ziti with sausage.

I realized I don't have the usual two hours to make homemade sauce so I ventured down the aisle with jar sauces.  I broke out into a cold sweat looking at the assortment.  I don't use jar sauces because they can be very bitter, chunky and not taste very good.

Well I was stuck and decided to buy Emeril's All Natural Pasta Sauce.  I got the Home Style Marinara.  How bad could it be?  It didn't look thick and chunky.

I got home and cracked it open.  It doesn't taste so bad.  I fried up some sausage and threw them into the sauce.  I then reduced the pan I fried the sausage in and threw that in the sauce too.  Hmmmm, it's tasting really good.  I let the sauce cook for a while with the sausage and then tossed in some fresh basil.

Wow....this is great!  Quick, easy, it tastes really good and it has no preservatives!

BAM!!!!!!!  Dinner is a success!
