Emerald is a good nut company, and research is showing that nuts are good healthwise. Nuts are high calorie and high in fat (but the good kind), so the rule of thumb is - nuts in moderation.

While I like peanuts fine, they are legumes (or beans really). Beans are also healthy in general, but beans are beans and nuts are nuts. When I'm paying nut prices, I like to get nuts.

Emerald Deluxe includes only nuts - premium nuts. The mix is cashews, almonds, walnuts, pecans and Brazil nuts. My favorites are the Brazils, and they are pretty scanty in the mix.

If anyone has a peanut allergy, these real nuts...

These are great but a bit expensive when you might could get cheaper product to satisfy the craving. The nuts are good sized and not bitty pieces so you get a good bite of nut and not have to eat the whole package to be satisfied.  I do like large bits  of cashews and walnuts. THe only draw back is that they are way too salty, which does make you quite thirsty.  Would be nice if there were some lower salt version.  I do agree that nuts need a little salt to bring out the good flavor but too much salt hides the flavor.

I really enjoy the Emerald-Deluxe nuts.  They taste fresh to me.  Although,  they are somewhat more expensive than some of your other nuts they are still good to me.  The container the nuts come in help to keep them really fresh.  I think the container has a great look and blends in on your table, kitchen, etc.  where ever you decide to keep the can.  One of my favourite nuts are cashews.  I really like the freshness that Emerald-Deluxe nuts have.

These are awesome and the reason I only rated them a 4 instead of a 5 is because I don't like Brazil Nuts and they do have those in the mix but not in a high quantity.  Very savory and delicious.  Nice size nuts that don't break pretty good quality.  Me and my husband are very happy.

     I always look for a bargain when I shop. I had never tasted this Emerald brand of Nuts before, and they were on sale for $1.00 a cannister.  I purchased several of the cans hoping that they would be good, as I favor this salty, but also healthy snack.  I found this brand to contain many good size nuts, not broken bits and pieces. They were tasty, a little on the salty side, but still good and flavorful.  They were not greasy or overly toasted to the point of being dried out.  I think that the cannister was attractively presented and it does help to keep the nuts fresh.  However, this... review »

These are the best nuts I have tryed in a long time. My dad is diabetic and he can have all the nuts he wants as long as there not glazed or in more sugar. I just love that these nuts come in all kinds not just your normal peanut people that can't have a lot of junk food need good things every now and then. Just because it's good for you doesn't mean it needs to taste like cardboard and these nut taste like what goodness should. I just purchased these at Walmart for an alternative snack to take to work. I love the packaging. It makes it so convenient and I know that I won't have a problem keeping them fresh in this package compared to other packaging like resealable bags which somehow never seem to stay closed.  The portability of the package is excellent. Also the quality and size of the nuts is excellent.  However, they are a bit salty but sometimes that is exactly what I am craving. The variety is also great since I am not a huge peanut fan, I really enjoy these deluxe nuts.

These nuts are absolutely delicious and the best of the best.  They are just the right size, and seasoned just right to perfection.  I buy the best, then hide them from the rest of the family, as this is my "special" treat.  I'm not a greedy person, but the children don't truly appreciate the goodness of these nuts, and are just as happy with Planters or a store brand, where I appreciate the quality of this product.  Definately would recommend, although they are a bit pricey.  But every now and then, I am worth it.

The only reason I ever tried these is Ingles had BOGO and I can't pass up on of those if it's something I enjoy.  And nuts are one of those things.  I've gotten them several times since then.  It's a treat for me because nuts are an expensive snack, but since I don't buy chips I'll splurge on these because for the money they are great.  There is a bit too much salt, but I shake the canister to get a lot of it to fall to the bottom.  There are always nice whole nuts in each one although my favorite are the almonds.

I buy these nuts all the time.  I am on the South Beach Diet so high protein snacks are important.  I love the container and the nuts taste so fresh!  I buy the mixed nuts.  I always have a canister of these at work.  They have just the right amount of salt (some may think they are too salty, but I love them). 

They are a little on the expensive side but I always get coupons.

The quality & price go  hand in hand.  Great flavor.  For those who like salty snacks this would be right up your alley.  Container size & shape are easy on the hands (including little hands).  Nuts are whole and not tiny pieces.  The variety of nuts satisfies everyone's taste buds. I will continue to buy this product & recommend it to all of my family & friends.

I love the dry roasted almonds because they are healthy to snack on. The container is a handy size, unbreakable, and easy to carry with me. I would recommend them to anyone that likes the crunchy snacking. I wish they were a little cheaper, but there are occasionally coupons available which I am able to make use of.

I LIKE THAT THESE HAVE FREQUENT COUPONS AND A LOCAL STORE PUTS THEM ON BUY ONE GET ONE FREE OCCASIONALLY.  THEY ARE REALLY GOOD NUTS.  I WOULD PREFER LESS WALNUTS AND ALMONDS AND MORE PECANS.  I BUY THEM WITH OUT THE INCENTIVES TOO.  BETTER THAN THE OTHER BRANDS
