Gazelle Freestyle Edge
this machine is great for stretching, cooldown runs, long distance running, but not for anything else. There is no resistance so you cannot sterngth train, there is no handle resistanse so u dont work out ur arms much. very easy to balance on, fairly light, wide pedals aqnd a digital display. the pedals do not cycle and just move back and forth. making it great to just quickly hop on and use. Great for when your just waking up in the morning or taking a late night jog.
not a very safe thing for kids and even adults. there are shocks that heat up and burn you if you touch them, the...
review »Octane Q37
My husband works in the fitness equipment industry (retail) so when I would visit him I would try out the Octane and dream of one day owning one myself. I even had the spot picked out in the basement. Then one day Octane ran a special promotion and we were able to get one for ourselves - and it's everything it promised to be.
1) Great small footprint - so it fits well in any-sized room
2) Nice smooth stride - some of the other ellipticals I've tried have a jerky motion
3) Great name brand - they stand behind their products
4) Excellent workout in a short period of time
I love that I can use the...
review »NordicTrack elliptical
I recently got this elliptical machine and it has everything! I love the fact that it is a space save and can easily fold up for storage. The wheels on the bottom make it very easy to move from location to location, and still it is very durable and sturdy. There are several levels for workouts from beginner to novice so you can progress with your workouts as you get stronger. The heart rate readout is a great feature so that you do not over work yourself and can keep your heart rate at a level that will allow you to acheive maximum results. There is a water bottle holder and mp3 player built in...
review »Sole e4 cross trainer
This machine has been a dream. It is easy to use and even features a wireless heart rate monitor. It has multiple programs to choose from so the workout doesn't get boring, and the upper body workout is as rigorous as the lower body workout. The unit itself is very well constructed, with very little wobble. Other ellipticals I've tried felt cheap or wobbled. I feel like I get a great workout on this machine, but the trick is you have to work with it. If you are just on to ride and not really workout, you won't reap the benefits of this excellent piece of equipment.
Horizon E900 Performance
Horizon Eliptical has everything you need for a great workout. It has optional hand bars for upper arm workout and also handrails if you just want the lower body. It has wide foot pedals for a good stance. It has an IPOD adapter so you can listen to your music. It has various workout levels and programs that work with whatever level you are at. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. It does take up a good amount of space, but that is expected. The price was reasonable and the best for the money.
Okuma elliptical
What is all this new equipment coming out in the world of lust. We should not lust after the things of the world but fulfill the life more than raiment. I pray that anything sown in dishonor will be raised in honor. I have a good God that keeps me from things to harm me and my family alot. I have possibly decided against the treadmill of the house if I find it time consuming. Well, anything sown in dishonor will be raised in honor after you buy it that is for sure. Well, anyway why add the name elliptical unto devices. I feel a machinge saying would be good. We never can pinpoint the way we find...
