The Elizabeth Street Inn was quiet and very clean, You can hear the restful ocean sounds from the very comfortable pillowtop beds. A lovely balcony with deck chairs and table overlooks the beautiful Pacific Ocean. They provided those big white fluffy robes for going to the nicely warm pool and spa. ... read full review »

At the time of check in, nobody told us about a complimentary breakfast for hotel guests. As a result without knowing about it, we drove to a nearby McDonald for breakfast in the rain and spent an unnecessary money. No airconditioning in the room. It was too warm during the night and we could not... read full review »

The Elizabeth Inn has individual balconies with fabulous ocean views. Balconies are screened from each other so you have nice privacy. Our room had a gas fireplace giving it a nice warm, cozy feeling on a blustery day. The continental breakfast was superior to most offering hard boiled eggs, scones, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice. I have seen many of these breakfasts that were mainly composed of heavily sugared breakfast breads. This was a nice change. The Inn is within walking distance of the Nye Beach area. Nye Beach has many fine restaurants, shopping and a handicapped beach... read full review »

The Elizabeth Street Inn has everything - and then just a little bit more. We joked that you could skip dining out completely -- breakfast buffet included healthy choices like yogurt, fruit and tasty scones, there was salmon chowder every day at 5pm, and hot fresh cookies every night at 8pm. The rooms all face the ocean, and standard equipment includes pillow-top mattresses, gas fireplaces, mini-fridges, microwaves, a living area with desk and fluffy towels. Communal The price was affordable. I was there for work, and appreciated tall the amenities, but it would make for a lovely... read full review »

I had a great experience at the Elizabeth Street Inn! The rooms are very nice with feather top beds and a lovely little seating area. Best things about the hotel are the view, (all rooms have a balcony) the pool area and there is a covered parking garage. It is so nice to have a covered area when walking to the lobby, especially when at the Oregon coast where it rains about 80% of the time. There was only one negative aspect to the room and it was the fireplace. Don't get me wrong I love fireplaces but this one put out heat even when it was off so the room was a little to warm. This is not... read full review »

Most of the rooms at Elizabeth Street Inn have ocean view. The room itself is nicely furnished - 2 Queens, a sofa, microwave, coffee maker and dvd player. There's also free breakfast. The only complaint is the slow elevator. There's only 1 elevator servicing 5 floors so it takes a while especially in the morning when everyone is checking in/out. Also, they do not have a business center where you can have access to the Internet if you don't have a laptop. Beach access is about 1 1/2 block away which is a nice walk. For dining options, I think it is better to drive and go to the bay... read full review »

We were delighted with the ocean view from our room. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The decor was very tasteful and the furnishings included a small table with two upholstered chairs, a corner fireplace, TV armoir, and an easy chair. A granite top vanity area was located outside bathroom. There was a nice area for hanging clothes which included a couple suitcase stands. Overall, we were very pleased with the "feel" of the room, and our short stay was most enjoyable!

Recreational Attactions: Short Drive, Beach access is not easy, but several nice family friendly...

The Elizabeth Street Inn has a great location, amazing views, and clean, comfortable rooms. The inn is arranged so that all of the rooms have a magnificent ocean view, and we very much enjoyed sitting on our balcony (not huge, but large enough for the 2 chairs & a table the inn provides) and watching the waves. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we loved having enough space for a sitting area. The gas logs are also a very nice touch. Our only complaint would involve the free breakfast bar--it's a nice amenity, but the lobby space is very limited. Several... read full review »

Location was great. We were able to easily walk to Nye Beach attractions. The memorial walkway to the long, sany beach is nearby and the distance to the historic bayfront is also quite short. Room was spacious and the breakfast bar and afternoon cookies (still warm!) added a lot. A plumbing problem was quicky and effieciently addressed. and the staff was quite cheerful. And the covered parking is always a plus, especially so close to the water.

Dining: Short Walk, Alices is a wonderful place for an upscale dinner and the Blu Cork Wine Bar is a fun place, now open for lunch. You...

Elizabeth Street Inn was a great location, right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and historic Nye Beach. The room was very comfortable with a sofa for relaxing, a fireplace, an outdoor deck for viewing the ocean and beach. We were able to keep our door open overnight to listen to the roar of the ocean waves. The room was nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. Hot cookies were available in the lobby in the evening and a continental breakfast was ready early in the morning.

Dining: Short Walk, We walked a couple of blocks to a good dining spot recently reviewed in Sunset...

The Elizabeth Street in was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Great location!! Very nice sized balcony with two chairs they kept inside so they were clean. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Layout of the room was wonderful with the fireplace keeping is nice and cozy, along with the luxury robes. The continental breakfast was nice. More fruit would have been nicer, but great all the same. Location close to bayfront and convenient shopping.

Dining: Short Walk, Georgies restaurant is just two blocks away. Nice view and good food. Great little icecream shop up the road...

Elizabeth Street Inn was a very beautiful setting overlooking the Pacific ocean. The room was large with a private balcony, fireplace, dual sinks and very comfortable beds. It was within walking distance from the beach and the pool area also was very nice for children. The DVD player, movie channels, and fresh-baked cookies at bedtime were a hit with the kids. Overall, it was very lovely and I would love to go back there again.

Recreational Attactions: Short Walk, Within a short drive, you can see the Yaquina lighthouses, Newport bayfront, and the Oregon Coast aquarium.

Elizabeth Street Inn was very nice to stay in. The ocean view was fantastic, and easy to enjoy with the nice size balcony. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and it was great to have a mini fridge and mircowave in the room! The pool and hot tub were awsome, ocean view and all. The only down fall is having to walk through the creepy downstairs parking garage to get to the pool. Overall it was a nice stay.

Recreational Attactions: Short Drive, We enjoyed the Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Yaquina Head Lighthouse, both just a short drive from the hotel.

This was our first stay at the Elizabeth Street Inn, but we have stayed in many of the Four Sisters properties. We have never been disappointed in any of them and this is no exception. The views from the rooms are wonderful - out across the water to the Cascades - and the rooms are charming without being overly cute. Breakfast is a real high point in all of the Inns and the afternoon cocktail hour is also a treat. All this and a real value besides. Strongly recommended.

Dining: Short Walk, Cafe Langley serves excellent food and is just down the street.

The Elizabeth Street Inn was great, the room was very large with a gas fireplace, king bed and queen sofa sleeper, coffee table and writing desk. I liked the fact that there was a dvd player, refrigerator and microwave and chairs kept inside the closet to be used on the balcany. The location was fantastic, because we had an end room we had two views of the ocean, it could not have been more perfect vacation.

Shopping: Short Drive, The shops on the old Bay front are just a short drive from the motel.

The location of the hotel could have not been better. The rooms were top notch with comfort, eye appeal and cleanliness. I would return to this hotel on my next trip to Newport. Very pleased with my entire stay from beginning to end. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Recreational Attactions: Short Walk, The restraunt the was only a few blocks down the street had a wonderful atmosphere and wonderful food. Very enjoyable for the entire family or a dinner for two.
