What can I write or say about this book that hasn't already been written by a critic. This book is written for every woman and every man who has ever had a conflict in their life. Even if you are not going through a divorce, like me, or have never been through a divorce, you can relate to how she feels about life. I just love the fact that first she ate her way through feeling better about herself, then she went to an ashram and prayed, and lastly she learned how to love herself from the inside out.
