I have always been a little skeptical about the whole meditation thing. When I meet people who mediate, I suspected they were a little flakey. Well no more. I borrowed the book and could not put it down. Her experience during her trip to India made me want to know more. I definitely would consider taking a class in mediation now. It opened my mind to new possibilities. However, despite all her eating in Italy, I still don;t like pasta. I am French food all the way.
