I have fair skin.  Even when I try and get a tan, I rarely ever tan - I turn red.  I hated looking so pale all the time.  So, I've tried bronzers in the past, and looked a little orange.  Not so with Elizabeth Arden Sun Goddess Bronzing Powder.  What i like about it is that you can apply just the amount you need, to look sun kissed.  It keeps me looking nice and healthy, instead of pale and sickly.   It's a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for.  The final result is worth it.  I don't wear it to work, but I do wear it when I go out in the evenings...all year long.  Not as deep in the winter months, but just a little touch so that I look alive.  During the summer, I can turn it on a little more for a real sun drenched look.  It really sets off my blue eyes.  I love it!  I look really natural.  I CAN put on enough to look really glamourous, but for day to day, I want the natural look.  Very effective.

This bronzing powder is amazing. I am always trying to be careful that I don't overdo it on blush or bronzer. Nobody wants to look like a clown! But this is just perfect. It will give you that perfect sun-kissed glow without spending any time in the sun at all. Minus the wrinkles! Yipee! My boyfriend is super tan and so I always feel like a ghost when I am next to him or in our pictures. This bronzer was the solution. It will make your face look great in person or in photographs. It has a slight shimmer which looks really pretty on all skin types. If I had to just pick a few makeup products to take with me to a deserted island, this would be on my list! You really should give it a try. I think that it would complement most skin types. Also, it feels great on the skin and you can easily remove it with makeup remover. I got in the water while I was wearing it and it didn't leave any strange marks on my skin!

One of the reasons I picked out this product was because it came with a kabuki brush, and at the time, I just needed one. And then, I just liked how the compact looked. Who knew this would become one of my daily staples? Elizabeth Arden Sun Goddess Bronzing Powder is one of the few bronzers that manages to be dark enough to be used as a blush or a bronzer. I prefer to use it as a bronzer, as I love that the color is so natural and versatile. I've also used it as eyeshadow before, and it is incredibly blendable and versatile. When new, there is a shimmery pink overlay on top of the bronze that adds to the color, but will be gone within a few weeks of usage. I didn't mind as it wasn't too noticeable without the pink... I would have bought the product without it anyway. The compact is hardy and has survived many falls. It's a nice clear red-coral color over a simple pattern on the top. The mirror inside is a good size as well. You would definitely be getting your money's worth with this product.
