I wasn't so happy at first. Paying the fee was actually to my surprise only because I thought it was going to be MUCH more expensive. That was nice but what I didn't like (only at first) was that it took a while for them to find me the right one. After eight months of dating different guys who I liked very much and fit my criteria pretty well but still weren't for me, I got kind of impatient. Thanks to my best friend who I grew up with, I learned to have faith. She basically told me that sometimes a person needs to be mature and wait a little longer. Her exact words were "a little patience goes a long way". I can't even begin to explain how right she was because a month later, I was set up with the most intelligent, grounded, hard working and honest man ever. His name was Gerald and I looked at him like my gift from G-D. We dated for about six months till we eventually married. I know six months isn't so long, but when you know, you know. I guess what I'm trying to say is that this company DEFINITELY gave me my money's worth and the fact that I wasn't happy at first was just something I had to work on. Two thumbs up for this service.
