Eldon File Keeper Box Office Review

The Eldon File Keeper is literally like having an office in a box.  The top is made of a sturdy, molded plastic material and doubles as a see through storage tray.  I keep paper clips, rubber bands, pens, an eraser, and a small pack of post it notes tucked neatly in the compartments.  The lid can either be taken completely off of the base, or left in place and snapped tightly shut for those time you want to carry it by the attached handle.

The main portion of the unit houses letter size hanging file folders.  Because the box is made of plastic, there are no metal brackets to warp or bend.  All of my hanging folders fit perfectly into the molded grooves, and I simply organize and label them as I did with my previous filing cabinet.

Another plus about this product is that they are completely stackable.  If you have items that you need to organize and store, you can stack them in a closet or attic.  When it's time to retrieve a file, the files are neatly organized (assuming you did so before you stored them), and you won't waste valuable time hunting through mounds of paper.

Overall, I highly recommend the Eldon File Keeper Box Office as a storage and organizing solution for your files.  My units are translucent with a black top, but they also come in all black, and they are available at many office supply retailers.
