"OMG" I've died and gone to heaven..... I feel like a princess or a movie star at high end hotel with these sheets. I will NEVER buy anything but 1000 count bed sheets again. WOW what a difference it makes.

My mom always told me to buy the high count bed sheets so I tried to buy at least the 250 count and strive for the 400 count. Not no more...it's 1000 count for me now. They are so silky & soft. Even my husband loves them. My 9 yr old son had me get him a set also. You will not believe how so very soft and silky smooth it is. Its great for your hair too. I have long curly hair and I do not get bed head like use to!

They have all the great new colors also to choose from. I got a burnt orange and a brown and I got my son a really cool turquise soft blue it's great for his water them room. When I laid down in my bed I felt as if I was laying on cotton balls. I didn't want to get up and I mean it. My little boy came in my bed with us and he new the difference right away. That means something if a little boy can tell the difference on a bed sheet I think.

1000 count sheets are very very expensive I know cause I've priced them, but I found this brand for less than what you would pay for cheap sheets anywhere else. I only paid $20 for them. I live in Kentucky and everyone is selling this brand at vendor malls (its like an indoor fleamarket opened every day) I've even seen them selling these at festivals where people set up craft booths and such. I don't know where else to get this brand but any 1000 count sheet should be great, however, you may pay a lot more for them. I would look though for these at the bargain places in your area because if they are selling them here than I'm sure others are selling them in other areas too.

So you don't have to have a celebrity income to sleep in comfort like the celebrity's now. Just look for these Egyptian Comfort 1000 count bed sheets in your area and you will never go back to regular stiff sheets again. They are even selling these sheets on eBay for like $30.... I looked while writing this review so I could let you know. That is still a great bargin since other brands go for $180 in stores and like $65 on eBay.

I bought Egyptian Comfort sheets at a fair last week. I was mislead into believing they were made of Egyptian Cotton. However, I personally do not care about what they are made of, I just want silky smooth sheets to sleep on! After washing the sheets 1 time 50% of the edging on the sheet frayed (fell apart). Nevertheless, I put them on my bed to experience softness. First I noticed the fitted sheet was very deep for our matress and did not fit correctly (we have a pillow-top that is deeper than a normal matress and the fitted sheet was still much to deep). After the bed was made my husband and I got in and were greatly suprised by the very hot sheets and uncomfortable feel. They are not sheets I will ever buy for any amount of money (I don't care how cheep). I truly believe the regular 250 count from wal-mart has much more COMFORT than "Egyptian Comfort"! I am not into writing reviews, but I can't stand these sheets and want to warn you smart people who check out reviews before buying! BEWARE - YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH EGYPTIAN COMFORT!!!

I agree that these sheets are fantastic. Where else can you pay $20-$25 for anything halfway decent?? The people that complain just amaze me. I bought sheets in Walmart for $20 and they felt like sandpaper. These Egpytian sheets are very very soft and I love sleeping in them. I agree you do get what you pay for, and these people who are complaining are missing the boat. Are they soft and comfortable sheets? Absolutely. Will they last for twenty years? Probably not, but then again I ONLY PAID $20!!! I got what I paid for and I am 100% satisfied.

BUT, these sheets are NOT cotton, Egyptian or otherwise, as the name implies. They are 100% synthetic -- very misleading marketing, if you ask me. And no where does it say that the 1000 is the "thread count." The name of these "100% microfiber" sheets is simply "Egyptian Comfort 1000." While they are somewhat silky feeling (just like nylon or polyester is), beware that they are synthetic. They feel like nylon, and have a slight sheen. We were duped by these sheets at a NY street vendore, believing them to be 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. WRONG!

I own six sets of EGYTPTIAN COMFORT 1000 sheets and me and my wife love them.We bought our first set three months ago at Patasco Fleamarket in Baltimore Maryland, and they are still in great shape and very comfortable.Since then we have purchase five more sets. At just a $30 investment I reconmend you try them out yourself. Also check out feedback for ebay sellers, and you'll see their are a lot of happy and satisfied customers out there.

I wonder what there true count is since they mislead you with THE EGYPTIAN COMFORT 1000, it says nothing about the thread count. My 400 count wamsutta ones feel a million times better, I must say I was had by the ad, they had these at the home show. Too good to be true probably is! Rats

Not good sheets at all. They feel like polyester. You are right you get what you pay for and they are not any good! My mistake, should have known. Wont do this again.

No this is NOT MISLEADING I didn't say these were Egyptian Cotton 1000....I DID say it was Egyptian Comfort 1000. Also yeah I believe you get what you pay for BUT these ARE VERY GOOD and QUALITY sheets. I have 3 sets and thats why I wrote a review because they are really great. I NEVER though mis lead or said these sheet were anything other than what they are. So if your have bought this brand and you didn't like it well I'm sorry for you BUT I have and I love them. If you haven't bought this brand well then you can't say that they are not good quality because you do not know. If you have tried these and you did not like them then your free to writ your own opinion about them but DON"T KNOCK my opinion because that's what it is it's MY opinion. I said I bought these and they were great and that I would only buy 1000 count from now on. I told the name of the product and the cost so if others wanted to try them they could and they would know what someone thought about them. So in the future I would appriciate you not telling me that I'm mis leading people into anything thats not true. I found a product, I liked it and I gave my view on it. -Lisa

Egyptian Comfort 1000 is not the same as Egyptian Cotton 1000 thread count. This is a total rip off because it was intended to mislead people into thinking they are getting high quality sheets. Why else would these sheets cost $30. You get what you pay for.
