excellent in recipes, Cholesterol free, lasts longer than a dozen eggs, Fat free and low calorie, tastes like the real thing, makes DELICIOUS cakes and cookies, 99% real egg plus nutrients

My father, and my husband are both heart attack survivors, and I had to learn how to cook heart-healthy meals. Egg Beaters is extremely easy to use, it tastes like real eggs, is undetectable in ANY recipe, and though it COSTS more than a dozen eggs- it GOES FARTHER than a dozen eggs, too. I haven't found a single recipe- except those calling for hard-boiled eggs- that this product does not go into very well, and there is NO difference in the taste of the food! In fact, my picky eater teenagers ate Egg Beaters in place of Eggs for almost 2 weeks, and didn't know it! In fact- everyone ate very heartily, and I had the satisfaction of knowing I was helping my family's health!
