Efferdent Plus Denture Cleaner is a very effective cleaner that can be used for a variety of different devices and not just dentures. I use it on my Invisalign Orthodontic devices and it works really well. All you have to do is fill a cup with very warm water, drop on of the efferdent tablets into it, put your device into the cup, and wait 15 minutes. Afterward, you can use a toothbrush and the solution in the cup to scrub and clean the device some more if desired and then rinse it off. My Invisalign normally come out looking very clean and clear while also being odor free (apart from the slight cleaning solution odor) just as the box says! Afterward, you can just pour the solution down the drain. The cleanser is also relatively inexpensive and you get a lot of tablets (I think mine came with 120). And although is says you're supposed to use them once I day, I only end up using them a few times a week which means they can last you a long time!
