I used Ediets before a relative got married several years ago.  It was pretty expensive and it was worth it.  I had a mentor and she helped me tremendously by telling me to take "baby steps."  Of course all of it was online and nothing in person.  Yet I hung on and lost about thirty pounds and was so proud of myself.  Compared to the free Spark........Ediets is better in my opinion.  Spark is complicated and you have to spend so much time on the computer every day whereas Ediets is more of a one-on-one relationship and there is great online support.
