Edible Arrangements Review Summary

Do you like to send gifts? Are flowers a common gift item? If they are, then you might want to consider EdibleArrangements.com as a possible alternative. This online store is enjoyed by reviewers who are quick to point out its many advantages; like the beautiful “flowers” and other products offered by Edible Arrangements and the fact that they offer nutritional eating in the form of fruit and other healthy items. Edible Arrangements is “A Delicious, Nutritious Alternative to Flowers”, says one reviewer. But at the same time, others feel the products are too costly, such as another reviewer who claims Edible Arrangements is “Not Worth the Price” and recommends against using it. This past month my dad has been really ill and received lots of help from friends.  In an effort to pass along his thanks, I sent several thank you bouquets to those friends from Edible Arrangements.  Flowers are nice but they seem like a waste so we thought something consumable, yet somewhat healthy,...

So I odered a bouquet from the location in NYC on 7th ave. It was to be delivered on Valentines day. Valentines day came and went and no delivery was even attempted. I tried calling the store several times throughout the day, and I kept getting an odd busy signal. I say odd because its the kind of busy...

On our dear Mom Mom's 95th birthday, someone sent an Edible Arrangement to her birthday party.  It looked like a beautiful bouquet of flowers in yellows, reds and oranges but upon closer inspection it was actually a unique fruit basket with skewers of pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon and grapes fashioned into flowers. Mom Mom was so proud of this unique gift.  We ate from the back of the arrangement so she could enjoy it even longer and the fruit was quite good.  It tasted fresh.  Finally, we took...

Flowers are a popular gift item and they rank as a common standby gift for anyone- especially for women. But while most people like the thoughtfulness of flower arrangement, they also dislike the ultimate result when the flowers succumb to their environment and wither away. One company that nips this problem in the bud is Edible Arrangements, an online store that sells "floral" arrangements that are fully edible.

Web Site Commentary:

Edible Arrangements is a nice alterative to the traditional floral arrangement and it's a store/online service I have been aware of for several years. I have used...

Edible Arrangements are incredible.  There are so many to choose from and I am pleased to find their stores in so many areas.

I was able to send my employees a bouquet of dipped apples this Christmas.  Apples were perfect because I do not know of anyone with an allergy to apples!  And fruit is good because fruit is healthy for everyone.  I did not need to worry about diabetes or peanut allergies by ordering from Edible Arrangements.

Although these arrangements are perishable, the customer service is great because they tell me how many the arrangement is made for, and it is just...

Edible Arrangements
Online or a location near you!

Edible Arrangements is a company that I came across a few years ago.  While I was being hospitalized I received this HUGE cookie bouquet that said "Get Well Soon".  I had never seen anything like it!    It was hard for me to eat it, it was so darn cute, but in the end, we chowed down and it was good!!!

I have used Edible Arrangements many times since then (There is a local store near me).  If you don't live by a local store to arrange pick up..you can order online and have it delivered anywhere!

I use Edible Arrangements every year for Valentine's...

We live in Minnesota, and I placed an order for a same day delivery via online for our daughter in California, who had just had minor surgery. Since it was too early in the morning to call, so I waited until the store opened to see if they received my order and if they could deliver it before 3:00 pm PT. (when my daughter had to leave for a doctor appointment at that time) I spoke to Yvette, and she said no problem. It'll go out in that morning. I called again at 1:30 pm PT and she said it would be there within the hour. But it didn't get there till 3:30 pm - when my daughter was gone. When I called...

I love to send personal thank you gifts, but flowers sometimes are so boring.  So for something different I decided to send an arrangement from Edible Arrangements, and it was such a great gift.  Instead of flowers, this company makes their bouquets with fruit.  They are so beautiful and look like an edible display of full colored flowers.  They use fruits like cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew and pineapple to make the "flowers" and after the gift arrives not only does the giftee have a beautiful bouquet, but they can eat it too.  This is such a unique gift and is perfect for the boss you... read full review »

I placed an order on 4th Feb 2009 with a delievery date of 12th Feb 2009.

Store name Edible Arrangements Store # 143

2200 Harbour Blvd, Ste B 130, Costa Mesa, Ca.

Its most disgusting customer service I have ever come across. They could not deliever it on specific day and specific time and which ruin a very special day. On top of that their Store Manager is very rude and unprofessional guy I have ever come across in my entire life. Very pathetic Service and they really don't care about your feelings or any special occassions of yours. When we asked for the reason for a unsuccessful delievery,...

I received one of these baskets, and it was pretty to look at. Unfortunately, I work and by the time I arrived home from the office I have no idea how many hours it had been sitting on the porch. I live alone, and it was enough perishable food for a family of six. The melon was already "funky" although the strawberries were salvageable. It leaked sticky juice everywhere and immediately monopolized all the space in my refrigerator. At least I could have enjoyed a bouquet of flowers for a few days, on a table where I could see them. Most of it went down my garbage disposal. The intentions of the... read full review »

Edible Arrangements is a service that provides gifts and bouquets in the form of fruits and chocolates.

The arrangemments range from very from small to really quite large.  They have an array of fresh fruits to choose from.  Arrangements can be made for any occasion or special ordered.

The quality of the bouquet is very high and makes an excellent gift for just about anyone.

You can have your bouquet delivered or opt for pick up service.

I paid $144.79 (delivery charges included) for a large size Berry Chocolate Bouquet for my parents' big 55th wedding anniversary on June 28, 2008, and the fruit arrangement never arrived!  In short, I paid $144.79 for a product & service that were NOT fulfilled.

I called the store shortly after the non-delivery mishap, and then followed it up with an email to let them know that my order never came.  I was told by the store manager then, in both my phone conversation with her & in an email reply that I will be given a store credit that I can use anytime, without time straint.  On the email, I...

My daughter was expecting her daughter at the end of September. She came early. Her name is Emma.  Well, Amber my daughter said she had not had any cravings, that was in June.  Around August she called and said "Mom, I'm having a craving and the only thing that I want is an edible blah blah blah, I had no idea what she was talking about. She kept calling me and finally I said well what is it and how much is it?  She explained about the fruit, the arrangement, and the chocolate and the melon flowers that she just had to have. I finally decided to surprise her and order one for her birthday,her... read full review »

I placed an online order for an arrangement to be delivered to my mom the day prior to Mother's Day. I was contacted the day of delivery and informed that the website "routed' my order to the wrong store. I requested a Monday delivery and the store was unable to accommodate. These arrangements are a great idea but the customer service is a big disappointment. I have provided the store with feedback and will update this if they make any attempt to fix the issue.
