Edible Arrangements Review Summary

Do you like to send gifts? Are flowers a common gift item? If they are, then you might want to consider EdibleArrangements.com as a possible alternative. This online store is enjoyed by reviewers who are quick to point out its many advantages; like the beautiful “flowers” and other products offered by Edible Arrangements and the fact that they offer nutritional eating in the form of fruit and other healthy items. Edible Arrangements is “A Delicious, Nutritious Alternative to Flowers”, says one reviewer. But at the same time, others feel the products are too costly, such as another reviewer who claims Edible Arrangements is “Not Worth the Price” and recommends against using it. If you would like to read reviews of alternative sites, be sure to check out Other Shopping Web Sites.

This past month my dad has been really ill and received lots of help from friends.  In an effort to pass along his thanks, I sent several thank you bouquets to those friends from Edible Arrangements.  Flowers are nice but they seem like a waste so we thought something consumable, yet… read full review »

So I odered a bouquet from the location in NYC on 7th ave. It was to be delivered on Valentines day. Valentines day came and went and no delivery was even attempted. I tried calling the store several times throughout the day, and I kept getting an odd busy signal. I say odd because its the… read full review »

Edible Arrangements — Online or a location near you! — Edible Arrangements is a company that I came across a few years ago.  While I was being hospitalized I received this HUGE cookie bouquet that said "Get Well Soon".  I had never seen anything like it!    It was hard for me to eat it, it was so darn cute, but in the end, we chowed down and it was good!!! — I have used Edible Arrangements many times since then (There is a local store near me).  If you don't live by a local store to arrange pick up..you can order online and have it delivered… read full review »

Edible Arrangements are incredible.  There are so many to choose from and I am pleased to find their stores in so many areas. —     I was able to send my employees a bouquet of dipped apples this Christmas.  Apples were perfect because I do not know of anyone with an allergy to apples!  And fruit is good because fruit is healthy for everyone.  I did not need to worry about diabetes or peanut allergies by ordering from Edible Arrangements. —   Although these arrangements are perishable, the customer service is great because… read full review »

I love to send personal thank you gifts, but flowers sometimes are so boring.  So for something different I decided to send an arrangement from Edible Arrangements, and it was such a great gift.  Instead of flowers, this company makes their bouquets with fruit.  They are so beautiful and look like an edible display of full colored flowers.  They use fruits like cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew and pineapple to make the "flowers" and after the gift arrives not only does the giftee have a beautiful bouquet, but they can eat it too.  This is such a unique gift and is… read full review »

My daughter was expecting her daughter at the end of September. She came early. Her name is Emma.  Well, Amber my daughter said she had not had any cravings, that was in June.  Around August she called and said "Mom, I'm having a craving and the only thing that I want is an edible blah blah blah, I had no idea what she was talking about. She kept calling me and finally I said well what is it and how much is it?  She explained about the fruit, the arrangement, and the chocolate and the melon flowers that she just had to have. I finally decided to surprise her and order one for… read full review »

We have all heard the saying, " Just what the doctor ordered", right?! Well at least most of us anyway. lol! This combination of fancy floral and edible art seems like a medicinal way to drive some cheer into the hearts and mouths of most. This arrangement truely gives a new meaning to the old slogan, "comfort food". —… read full review »

occasion #1:  a near and dear one sent me an arrangement of chocolate dipped strawberries (one of my faves) to my work for hearts day from the edible arrangements location in westwood, ca.  i was very surprised when i was called up to the front desk to receive my delivery.  i always drive past the westwood edible arrangements store and always mention that i would like to order one because i hadn't tasted any of their delicious looking fruit arrangements yet that i'd heard only good things about.  well, after eating the first of the many chocolate dipped strawberries, it… read full review »

We received one of these arrangements when my grandmother passed away a couple of years ago.  I can't even explain what a wonderful surprise it was!  Not only was it beautiful and tasted great, but we could leave it out for people to eat.  We had MANY guests after my grandmother's funeral service.  Instead of preparing, cutting, chopping up fresh fruit for our guests, we just left this beautiful arrangement out and people could take what they wanted.  Made everyone happy! — The arrangement was so large we ate off of it for days.  It was a great alternative… read full review »

Personally I hate receiving cut flowers. Give me something with roots that I can enjoy at least until cold weather comes. After a funeral, nothing is more sad than having to go through old photographs and throwing away spent flowers. I remember a neighbor loading up a huge wagon filled with dying beauties. His wife had just died, and his house was filled with these fading blooms from well-meaning friends. I don't know which was more sad, the old blossoms or his expression as he carted them off into the woods. — — My step-mom died Aug. 07 at the age of 73. I live 16hrs hard… read full review »

I was first introdced to the product when I was on a temp assignment for a company as an executive secretary, it just so happened to be during the time Hallmarks considered Secretary appreciation week. The boss had sent an arrangement of the delightful flowers made of fruit and I had never seen it before.  The selection of fruit was divine; strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe and grapes, it was a fale safe gift because you could share it with the office and it complimented those on diets and made everyone happy.  My grandparents are both diabletic, and its a safe gift for them;… read full review »

I received one of these baskets, and it was pretty to look at. Unfortunately, I work and by the time I arrived home from the office I have no idea how many hours it had been sitting on the porch. I live alone, and it was enough perishable food for a family of six. The melon was already "funky" although the strawberries were salvageable. It leaked sticky juice everywhere and immediately monopolized all the space in my refrigerator. At least I could have enjoyed a bouquet of flowers for a few days, on a table where I could see them. Most of it went down my garbage disposal. The intentions… read full review »

We received one of these edible arrangements at my place of employment. It just didn't last long since the fruit is cut and exposed to the air, dust and dirt. We did not feel that is was very sanitary. I have been told that these arrangements are quite costly. I would rather have a fruit basket, that way the fruit remains fresh and can be stored properly if it is not consumed at… read full review »
