Edible Arrangements —

I placed an order on 4th Feb 2009 with a delievery date of 12th Feb 2009.

Store name Edible Arrangements Store # 143

2200 Harbour Blvd, Ste B 130, Costa Mesa, Ca.

Its most disgusting customer service I have ever come across. They could not deliever it on specific day and specific time and which ruin a very special day. On top of that their Store Manager is very rude and unprofessional guy I have ever come across in my entire life. Very pathetic Service and they really don't care about your feelings or any special occassions of yours. When we asked for the reason for a unsuccessful delievery, He replied that the driver called but there was no one at home as the matter of fact everybody were at home as it was  a special occassion for us. It turned out to be a big fat lie from him, On top of that his driver is a honest person but we as a client aren't. Never recommend this store and this pathetic company to my worst enemies, Ridiculous Service and will definately spoil your special day or any occasions. Guys Stay away!!! Seriously..

Yes, they are so rude! I called the Edible Arrangement store in Northridge, CA to order something for my sister's baby shower the week before Thanksgiving. When I began asking the service rep questions about the prices and what was popular for baby showers, she rudely directed me to their website and said she doesn't have time to answer these questions on the phone and I can call back when I know what I wanted. What?!! Offended and confused at the same time, we came across a newspaper ad while considering another gift idea and found fresh fruit bouquet company. This store makes the same type of arrangements, had better tasting chocolate, and their customer service was EXCELLENT over the phone. I learned that Edible Arrangement is not the only choice for these types of products. You might want to look them up. www.ffbc.com
