Please Google this product "Eden Pure" well before purchasing. Numerous reports indicate that the product is misrepresented and does not offer the value for its price. The manufacturer has very poor customer service (if at all) and does not stand behind its product.

She is correct. I have one and it has broken down after one season of use. Loud noise in the fan and then stpos working, It is out of it's one year warranty - $400 bucks for crap

The problem that I have with this review is that she does not seem to be review this product based on personal experience. Babs is just saying that she sees other people posting some complaints. I get a lot more out of the other reivews that are first hand.
