I ordered my products , couple dvd sets, 92 bucks on Feb 6,2009. I still have not gotten it , and to make matters worse there is a deliv confirm that has not been activiated. This tells me that Ecampus basically has a box but does not have my product yet. Why can't all companies like Amazon, Deep discount, LL BEAN,Blair and some others, only charge you when they get product shipped. I already contacted my cc, but I will not do business with this company again. I digress , Customer Service keeps telling me they have 30 days than they will refund me. Horrible service and if they did right by me and were honest and did not charge my card, there would be a strong possibility they would be in my loop for buying products . In the long run they lose because I spend alot of money online.
