Ebay is my hidden gem when it comes to art work. Bottom line: It is a great way for artists to get noticed & buyers to get originals! — Over the last few years, I have combed Ebay weekly to see what great new art work they have up. — I generally look for art that I like (I dont worry about the artists name or potential value of a piece). I am a firm believe that you should buy art that makes you feel good. And, that is a very personal decision. I have purchased many original art pieces on eBay.  I have two all time favorites.  One is the absolutely stunning fairy oil painting in my daughter's room.  It is not a whimsical painting, but more of a "grown-up" fairy painting.  The other is a gorgeous still oil of a vase with flowers.  The colors in both paintings are absolutely amazing.  The fairies are soft and muted, while the flowers are bold and vibrant.  — While from different artists, I purchased both from the same "dealer" and saved on shipping.  (Did I mention I also purchased about… read full review »
