This book has the in's and out's of eating. Instead of saying that you must eat this type of bread or this type of cereal, like other diet books, Eat This Not That is a book for those in the real world, as in those that do not have personal chefs. Instead of boycotting fast food, this book shows you what you could eat from McDonalds, Jimmy John's, Pizza Hut, etc that won't kill your diet. Along with showing the calories, fat, sugar, and cholesterol from the best four items and the worst four items, it gives you tips on what brands to buy at the grocery store. A must read for anyone who not only wants to lose weight, but wants to become a healthier person.
Sounds like it has good information. Sometimes I don't realize how ''bad'' certain foods are - like some salads that have more fat than a hamburger and French fries.
