The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno is one of my favorite "diet" books. It is not a diet in the general term, meaning starving yourself or eating foods that don't taste good in order to lose weight. Those fad diets always cause you to gain the weight back! This is no diet, it is a lifestyle change. Tosca teaches you about "Eating Clean" which basically means eating food that is good for you, as in no white or processed foods. Don't fret those of you with a sweet tooth, there are many natural sweeteners like Honey and Molasses. You also get to eat often as in 6 times daily! In addition to the Eat Clean Diet book, there are several other books with many very tasty recipes, including one for men and one for families and children. I would definetly recommend eating this way to anyone! Eating clean will definetly help you see your weight loss goals and on top of that help you feel the best you have ever felt when you get all of that junk out of your diet!
