Easybake Cookie sheet baking mat Review

I was sure skeptical to spend the money for a cookie sheet baking mat. I choose to buy the Easybake large size baking mat. I ordered one in blue from the Easybakeware web site and it came in about 1 week. I have never used a cookie sheet baking mat before so I kept checking it out when I baked my first pan of cookies on it.WOW! It was really great to have the cookies cook and get just the right amount of browning on the bottoms. I can now bake some of my delicate butter and pastry cookies without having to stand guard at the oven door to check up on them every few minutes. They all cook evenly too so I don't have any that I have to throw away because they are under done or burned.I even baked a bar cookie on this mat and the chocolate chip toffee bars came out fantastic! I really love the easy clean up too. All I have to do is wipe the mat down with my sponge and dry it with a towel and it is ready for next time. This product is absolutely great!!
