Nothing easy about removing lime or grime

I bought this product because I have problems with hard water & soap scum. This product does not live up to what I hoped it would. It's fine at cleaning surface dirt, but it did not affect my lime or soap scum build-up whatsoever. I even left it to soak in for varying amounts of time-1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Never again. Scrub,scrub.scrub and the lime is still there.

a multi-tasker, concerned about the environment, practical, a pet owner, not rich, all about 'easy', willing to pay more for quality, a person who likes things clean

I was not impressed at all with this product. It is bad news. I thought it would work on soap — scum and lime stains. I scrubbed and scrubbed, I was getting no-where!
