If you're going to use formula, Earth's Best Organic Soy Infant Formula with Iron, ARA & DHA is a great option. I know that if you don't breast feed, or if you supplement with formula like I did, the strictly nursers will make you feel like you're not doing the best for your baby. With this formula, you can shake off some of that guilt! Since it's organic, you know the ingredients are safe and healthy. It's made from soy rather than dairy so you know that it's going to be gentle. My son was lactose intolerant, so he absolutely had to have a soy formula or he would get sick all over the place. Since there's been so much hubbub about DHA lately it's also nice that Earth's Best Organic contains DHA to aid in cognitive functions. Easily Digested I believe that since this formula is made from soy that it's more easily digested than other dairy formulas. Ease of Preparation Simple to prepare, like any other powder formula.

While looking for a lesser priced organic formula for my son, I decided to try Earth's Best Soy Infant Formula with Iron, ARA, & DHA. I like that the formula is from all natural ingredients that are safe for my son. I am also very pleased that this formula doesn't contain any artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. I feel safe feeding this to my son since it is grown in dirt free that doesn't contain pesticides and herbicides. I like that this formula is easy to mix and doesn't clump up in the bottom of the bottles. Since starting my son on Earth's Best Soy Infant Formula, he is less fussy, he doesn't have the gas or diarrhea like he did with some other formulas that I tried him on. He has no problem digesting the formula, so he doesn't get sick or spit up after feedings. He likes the taste of the formula and did from the start. I think that this is a safe formula and provides my son with the important nutrients that his body needs.

I am a HUGE fan of Earths Best products. I knew that this was the formula I was going to try with my second child. I became familiar with the products through my first child, who was lactose intolerant. I appreciate the fact that this company uses really great ingredients in their recipes and mixes. I am happy to report that my son is able to drink this and keep it down, with no digestive issues, or reflux issues. I am also please with the cost. No, its not cheap but its worth it and often times Earths Best has great coupons and sales on items. I would recommend any mom think about trying out Earths Best soy formula on your little ones, if you have a history of lactose intolerance, or digestive issues in your family. Easily Digested We had no issues what so ever with digestion. Ease of Preparation Super easy to prepare. The directions are laid out for you on the can, and scooper is included. Just mix with water, shake, and go! You can pre make them and put them in the fridge too.

My son had already been through newborn formula and a gentle formula without any luck. My doctor suggested we try a soy formula because as an infant I had lactose issues and was fed soy. I decided to try it in hopes it would work although I was concerned due to some effects I've read soy can have especially on males. It didn't make a difference though because after the first bottle, my son was screaming in pain, straining and pushing his little body around. It was heartbreaking to watch and again another formula was to blame. It also had a horrible smell and didn't mix properly. Easily Digested In our experience, it was not easily digestible and caused more problems for our little guy. However, it was doctor recommended and I do believe it has helped other children in the past. Ease of Preparation It was powder and water which should be easy but it didn't mix properly even with vigorous shaking and mixing. It was an efforts to get it to be smooth without clumps in the water.

Earth's Best organic soy formula is one of just a few organic soy baby formulas available.  There are other organic formulas that I think are find, but I like Earth's Best the best. My son has galactocemia.  This means that he does not possess the enzyme needed to break down galactose, a compound in milk.  Not only was he not aloud to breast feed, but he is not allowed to have any milk products.  This sent us searching for the best available soy organic product.  I did all my research even going so far as to writing Earth's Best to inquire about their use of genetically modified ingredients.  Not only were they informative and happy to reassure that they DO NOT use GMOs or pesticides, but they send several money-saving coupons good towards the purchase of their formula. Earth's Best soy has been the one formula that seemed the most gentle on my baby's tummy.  He struggles with constipation and this formula has been the least problematic in that area.  The value is very good too.  Contrary to what most people believe, it's not actually that much more costly than non-organic varieties.  Earth's Best also contains DHA and iron which is a plus.

I think Earth's Best soy infant formula would be the best alternative to breastfeeding. When our fourth child started eating solids, this was/is my favorite formula to have in a cup to help my baby drink with meals. We decided to feed her as many organic foods as possible, including formula, and it seems to have many added benefits on her development process. She seems to be doing everything a bit earlier than her siblings. We did try similac, the orignal formula, and found her very gassy and cranky. She is not lactose intolerant as she can eat dairy and even whole milk with no problem but other formula just didn't sit well with her. As most of you know, you can not feed a child dairy when they are sick because it thickens their snot. Well, whenever I gave my children similac, we would have to run out and buy a soy formula when they were sick. This product is a bit more pricey than other formulas but there's no running out for other formulas, it's more gentle on their tummy and it's organic, which means no pesticides, chemicals, antibiotics are going into my baby's gut!

My son had issues with formula from the day he was born. He had painful gas and was spitting up in large amounts after every feeding. My son's pediatrician kept switching his formula and finally came to the conclusion that he needed to be switched to a Soy based formula. I wasn't sure which brand of fomula to use. I did some research and after much discussion with my son's pediatrician I decided to use an organic soy based formula. We decided on Earth's Best Soy formula. Right from the first feeding I noticed a huge difference in the way my son took his bottle and it was the first time that he didn't spit up at all. He didn't cry because of a tummy ache either. I didn't get too excited about it but after using it for a few days he was like a different baby. This formula is a wonderful solution for diary sensitive infants. And it makes me feel better to use organic products when possible.

I came back to CA from Europe to visit family & had to search for Organic baby formula for my 8 month old.  Ogranic's Best was the only formula available at Mother's market so I didn't have much of a choice. My main concern is the 42% corn sugar solids in the soy....It smells absolutely horrific!  and it doesn't dissolve easily...next time I'm traveling back with our regular baby formula, Biobim.

I was planning to nurse my son until he was a year old, as the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends, but at seven months my son was no longer interested.  I got a little frantic seeing as he had never had formula before and I didn't know what to get him!  I didn't want a cow's milk based formula and I knew Earth's Best was organic and didn't add anything that wasn't necessary to their products.  I was searching for a source to get some good goat's milk from but until then I needed something to give him!  My son is now old enough to not need formula but is between goat's milk and almond milk for an addition to water.  I also give him freshly juiced carrot and apple juice.  I am very careful about what he eats and that he gets good nutrients, vitamins, minerals, etc.  Take it from a very health conscience mom that this was the BEST formula that I could find at a time that formula was necessary.  = )

This formula is great if you want an organic, healthy formula.  I brought a can to the hospital when I had my twin boys. The infant nutritionist read the labels and said it was a good quality infant formula but warned me to make it according to directions exactally; if you make it too strong it is hard on baby's liver, too dilute and it's hard on baby's kidney's she said. So follow directions and DON'T skimp on powder to water ratio to save money or make it too strong to try and add weight to baby or help in attempts to sleep through the night, your baby's health will only suffer.
