Slow dial-up, horrible customer service and a pain to cancel.

I had earthlink as my service provider for over 10 years. I finally had DSL available to me so I switched to AT&T Yahoo DSL. I called Earthlink to cancel my service and had nothing but problems having them cancel my service and stop charging my credit card. It took over 2 months of phone calls to customer service, who spoke broken english and instant messaging their customer service and I was still charged at the next billing cycle. I finally called my credit card co. to have the charge disputted. What a pain. I'd never recomend Earthlink to anyone!!!
