Spent 3 hours trying to get it to work and gave up. The drivers are DANGEROUS, my ultra-reliable laptop suffered several BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) caused by poorly coded drivers. My second laptop couldn't maintain a connection to the dongle in its own USB port and my PC was the same. I tried it in Win7, Vista and XP. I've worked in IT for 25 years and couldn't get this thing to do anything. Rang support, got a recorded "wer're not in" message and no contact. Glad I paid for it with a credit card so I can claim the money back from them.

It took over an hr to get it to show up on my television screen. It worked for 15 mins. Then the picture on the tv froze. It took me a while to fix the problem. I wanted to return the product. I had a live chat, the rep said he would e-mail the RMA but he never did. I have tried to call and have e-mailed many times. No response. I am very dissappointed. I think the possitive reviews were paid for by EZAir wireless.

I love my EZAir Wireless that allows me to watch any shows that I can see on my computer on my HDTV with great sound and picture quality. Easy to use and customer service is always willing to assist with any technical problems. I would highly recommend over Roku or any other multimedia devices. I'm able to watch Hulu and Netflix as well as any other programs that I can see through my computer that is projected to my HDTV - high quality picture and great sound. I highly recommend!

Unit worked for 10 minutes, then I lost sound. I uninstalled drivers and my sound returned. However, after I reinstalled, the sound vanished again and the only picture that would transmit was my background(not even the icons). During the 10 minutes that it worked, the pictuer would roll. There was nothing in blocking the line of site and the unit was 8 feet away from the usb. I tried to contact the company by email and phone and I have yet to get a reply. Each time I check the website, during posted operating hours, the live chat is always offline. The website says they offer a no hassle return policy. I do believe that not being able to contact the company to return the item is a huge hassle! Save your time and money, stick with wires or purchase another brand.
