Excellent experience renting from EZ Car Rental in Florida (Ft. Lauderdale) office.  The staff was friendly and the car was very clean (cleaner than the last two competitors I've used in the last few months).  The rate was excellent and the return process was handled with professional, courteous employees who prompted me through with ease and efficiency.

Thank You EZ Car Rental.  Will be using your service again without a doubt!!

After the mixed reveiws I was a little sceptical but there should've been no worries.  I rented from the Orlando airport and everything went smoothly from beginning to end.  The car was a new car with less than 15,000 miles on it and ran great and it was the cheapest rental I could find!  They are located right in the airport, so no waiting on shuttles - just walk.  With the experience I had with E-Z,  I would definitely rent from them again.

Their web site is full of lies. After I agreed to a certain fee on the reservation contract, they would not give me the car unless I agreed to pay 50% more than what was written on the reservation. They later never agreed to reimburse me or apologize. And they still have the same lies on their web site. Do not trust them. I complained to the Better Business Bureau about them, and they would not even reply to the BBB. Be warned: these people are liars, con artists and thieves. I will join any class action lawsuit against them.

Don't rent a car from EZ Rent a Car! My overall experience with them was terrible. I had to wait forever at the airport (after a very long transatlantic flight) at LAX for the shuttle bus, which at first was unrecognizable because it did not have their logo on it. The car they gave me was not in top shape, it had over 39 thousand miles on it and it was pretty worn out. They told me it had 1/4 tank of gas in it, but when I started the car, it only had 1/8 of a tank, not enough to even get me to my hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered there were ants all over, apparently "living" inside...

I had a terrible experience in Ft Lauderdale, Flordia on July 16th at about midnight. I was told when I picked up the vehicle that the standard size vehicle I had reserved for me and my husband (both in our 20's) was not available and there was a mini-van in it's place. We expressed our un-happness about the vehicle to the rental agent. She told us either we take the van or pay an upgrade for an SUV or convertible mini-cooper. Neither was in our budget, so we declined and asked if we would be able to trade out the vehicle at the Miami location. We were told that they had nothing available. We...

In late May/early June, I had an opportunity to rent again from E-Z Rent-A-Car. The staff at the Miami location were very friendly and efficient. I got a super price on a very nice Nissan Altima for the week. It was a very comfortable drive throughout southern and central Florida.

The check-in and check-out experience was great. My only complaint is that I had a longer wait than normal for the shuttle to pick me up on my arrival. I look forward to renting from E-Z RAC again in the future.

I took the rental in miami florida.I got a very good rate as compared to all the other standard

rental companies. The service was great and I even got a upgrade to SUV from a full size.

The car was almost new and was very clean.

The return was equally covenient.

I look forward to renting from them again.

I have used E-Z for years. On 2 seperate trips to Orlando I made resverations with other companies and due to bad service ended up at E-Z anyway. I will never rent a car in FL from anyone but E-Z rental.

Rented from E-Z out of Orlando in December 2009.  Booked it online at their website.  There were lots of hidden fees.  Mandatory insurance is required to be purchased.  They don't tell you until keys are in hand.  Service is god awful.  Representatives are rude and are only concerned about what they can charge you.  Also, I filled up my tank yet when I returned the car and they still charged me for gas.  Car was crummy and gross with over 35,000 miles on it.  Don't try to save a few bucks like I did initially.  In the end, it will cost you.  Paid almost $60 for a one day rental for a...

I am very satisfied, I will use E-Z Rent-A-Car again whenever possible. Very reasonable rate with unlimited millage.
I would like to thank the counter person at the return desk. I left the bluetooth at time of return in the car, the gentleman at the return desk found it and rushed to shuttle and handed over to me.
