Surprisingly Good

First when we got our bags, I called them and they said 10min for the shuttle. It was exactly 10min. When we got there, I reserved a SUV (which is Jeep Grand C.) and since I guess the one I was supposed to get was still dirty, I got a free upgrade to the Jeep Commander. Paperwork and getting the car took about 5min. No extra speeches about insurance coverage or anything. Brand new car - had under 3K miles. Clean and everything. No dents, scratches, nothing. When I got back, returned the car, took about 2min to finish the paperwork. No extra charges, no nothing. Shuttle was waiting and took us to the airport. People were friendly, had a sense of humor. Great rental car service in Denver.
